The Freeze Queen Monthly Google Review Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. **Eligibility**:
- The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.
- Participants must be residents of the country where The Freeze Queen operates.
- Employees of The Freeze Queen and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. **Competition Period**:
- The competition runs from the first day to the last day of each calendar month.
- There will be a total of 12 competitions within a one-year period, each corresponding to a calendar month.
3. **How to Enter**:
- Leave a Google review for The Freeze Queen during the competition month.
- Each individual is allowed only one entry per month. Multiple reviews from the same individual in a single month will lead to disqualification from that month’s competition.
- Reviews must comply with Google’s review policies and be based on genuine experiences.
4. **Prize**:
- Each month, one winner will receive a $50 The Freeze Queen voucher.
- The voucher can be used either in-store or online.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
- The maximum prize amount per month is $50, and over a year, the total prize pool amounts to $600.
5. **Winner Selection**:
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible reviews submitted during the competition month.
- The winner will be notified via a comment on their review or through the contact information associated with their Google account within 5 business days after the competition ends.
6. **Claiming the Prize**:
- The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.
- If the prize is not claimed within this period, The Freeze Queen reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. **General Conditions**:
- By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
- The Freeze Queen reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any problem arises that corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the competition.

- Employees of The Freeze Queen and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
2. **Promotion Period**:
- The promotion runs from the first day to the last day of each calendar month.
- There will be a total of 12 promotions within a one-year period, each corresponding to a calendar month.
3. **How to Enter**:
- Share an Instagram Story featuring The Freeze Queen’s products.
- Tag The Freeze Queen (@thefreezequeen) in your Instagram Story to ensure your entry is visible.
- Only Instagram Stories will be considered for this promotion. Posts, reels, or any other form of Instagram content are not eligible.
- Each individual is allowed only one entry per month. Multiple Instagram Stories from the same individual in a single month will lead to disqualification from that month’s promotion.
- Entries must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and be based on genuine experiences.

**The Freeze Queen "Queendae Flavor of the Month" Competition - Terms and Conditions**
1. **Eligibility**:

- Participants must be residents of the country where The Freeze Queen operates.
- Employees of The Freeze Queen and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. **Competition Period**:
- The competition runs from the first day to the last day of each calendar month.
- There will be a total of 12 competitions within a one-year period, each corresponding to a calendar month.
3. **How to Enter**:
- Submit a suggestion for a new "Queendae" flavor that includes a freeze-dried component.
- Your flavor suggestion must be submitted via:
- A direct message to The Freeze Queen’s Instagram account (@thefreezequeen).

- In-store, email, or any other form of submission will not be considered.
- Each entry must include a name for the new Queendae creation.
